Depending on how you use the website: identity and contact details, billing and delivery addresses, basket and order contents, payment status, customer account, customer service messages, reviews and display name, language choice, IP address and technical security logs. T-Pulse Archery does not receive or store your full bank card number.

4. Recipients and providers
Data may be shared, only where necessary, with the following providers: OVH for hosting and email, WordPress/WooCommerce/Automattic for shop operation, Stripe for card payment, Sendcloud and Mondial Relay for service-point delivery, Abby for invoicing and accounting, Fluent SMTP for website email delivery, and Wordfence, UpdraftPlus and Complianz for security, backups and consent management.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some international providers may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or recognised GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses provided by the relevant providers.
6. Retention
- Orders, invoices and accounting records: for the commercial relationship and then the statutory period, generally ten years for accounting records.
- Customer account: while active, then up to three years after last activity, except where a legal duty applies.
- Contact and support requests: while handled and up to three years after the last exchange, unless needed for a legal claim.
- Reviews: while published and as needed for moderation or legal claims.
- Technical and security logs: for the period set by the tools used, limited to what is necessary and reviewed periodically.
