Handling
Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 5 business days. An email confirms the order and another is sent when its shipping status is updated.
Delivery
Standard delivery is available in mainland France through Mondial Relay service points. Another destination or delivery method may be discussed on request by email at contact@t-pulse-archery.com. New-book delivery charges must comply with the applicable French statutory minimum.
Returns
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us within fourteen days of receipt and return the product within the following fourteen days. The full return address is provided by email after the request. See the terms and conditions for full details.
